Method:

Blend cashews into flour and then add dried apricots. Mix together until you get a sticky mixture. Mix the sticky mixture with almond butter, 20 g of coconut, and protein powder. Thoroughly mix to create a compact mixture. Once you have the right consistency, turn the mixture into small balls; you should get approximately 22 of them. Once prepared, coat the balls in the remaining coconut.
