Some call them wasp nests, for others, they are clearly beehives. Even though the names of this delicacy change, we all have in mind the delicious combination of no-bake dough and cream, complemented by a biscuit at the bottom. You simply cannot do without them at Christmas.

Instructions:

We start by preparing the cream. Cook milk with cane sugar and vanilla pudding until thickened. Stir the protein into the hot pudding, cover with plastic wrap and let cool completely.

Then we proceed to prepare the dough. Blend the oat flakes in a food processor with walnuts, dates and cocoa. Add cashew butter, lemon juice, milk, and, optionally, rum flavouring and blend again. We should get a compact, not too sticky mixture.

From the total mixture, we then take a piece (we made 18 pieces) and press it into the nest moulds.

In the middle, we make a hollow (with a spoon or ladle), into which we pipe the cream using a pastry bag. Finally, we top it with a biscuit, and when everything is ready, we dust it with powdered sugar.
