  • 40 g cane sugar

First, prepare the dough by grinding walnuts finely and adding flour, sugar, salt, and egg. Fill the decorating bag with sticky dough and start creating small crescent cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Leave a sufficient distance between the individual cookies, as they will get bigger during baking. Bake the cookies for about 15 – 20 minutes at 160 °C.

In the meantime, prepare the cream by mixing pudding powder, cane sugar, agar, and almond milk in a shaker. Pour the mixture into a pot and cook it until thick. Let the pudding and crescent cookies cool completely. Fill the decorating bag with pudding cream and decorate the cookies. Dip cookies in melted chocolate with coconut oil. Let the coating to chill. Now the crescent cookies are ready to serve. Bon appetite!
