Fitness recipe: Vegan tortilla with high protein content

Ingredients:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 35 g hemp proteinwithout flavor
  • 20 g hemp flour
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 5 g soluble fiberpsyllium
  • 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • pinch of salt

Ingredients for garnish:

  • 50 g corn
  • 40 g Mexican caramel cream with tofu or hummus
  • sliced spring onion
  • parsley leaves
  • calorie-freeBolognesesauce

Instructions:

First of all, mix all loose ingredientsprotein,flour, chia seeds, psyllium,baking soda, oregano, salt, and thenadd water and apple cider vinegar. Mixthis mixturewell and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Heat a non-stick panand spray it with coconut oil. From the mixture form tortilla with moistened hands, and fry it from both sides for about5-6 minutesuntil golden brown.

Spread the tortilla with caramel cream, sprinkle with corn, green onion, parsley leavesand at the end pourBolognese sauce.Let´s enjoy the meal!
