To prepare the dough we need:
- 250 g of low-fat soft curd
- 150 g of wholegrain fine spelt flour
- 70 ml of water
- 40 g of unflavoured True Whey protein
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of soluble psyllium fiber
- 1/2 tsp of salt
Ingredients for topping:
- 75 g of quality ham
- 75 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of tomato purée
- 80 g of grated mozzarella
- 50 g of corn
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- calorie-free ketchup

Start by preparing the dough by mixing curd, flour, water, protein, oil, fiber and salt. Mix everything well together to create a uniform dough. After processing, put the dough on a floured surface and spread the dough to form a circle or rectangular shape. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 190 ℃. In the meantime, prepare the sauce for the pizza – mix the purée with the pizza seasoning. When the dough is baked, remove it from the oven, spread pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle with toppings, and let it bake for 10 more minutes at 190 ℃. The pizza is ready, you can add some calorie-free ketchup and enjoy!
