Ingredients for the ice cream:
- 120 g fat free Greek yoghurt
- 70 ml water
- 40 g peanut butter powder
- vanilla Flavor Drops according to taste

Method:
Whisk the peanut butter powder in water until smooth and lump-free. Add Greek yoghurt, Flavor Drops to taste and mix it all together thoroughly. If you want the consistency to be creamier and fluffier, use a blender.
Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds (comes out to about 4 pieces) and freeze them for at least 4 hours. Before serving, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts. Then you can enjoy this perfect summer refreshment in a peaceful setting.
