We will need:
- 500 ml water
- 250 g pulled beef
- 200 g orzo pasta
- 150 g frozen green beans
- 2 spring onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- a handful of parsley
- ground pepper to taste
- salt to taste

Instructions:
In a deep pan, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic, and the white parts of the spring onion in oil. Add the ground paprika, oregano, and let the spices release their aroma. Then add the orzo to the pan, pour in the water, season with salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is almost tender. Add the pulled beef with its juices and the frozen beans, and cook briefly until heated through.

Finally, stir in the coarsely chopped parsley, the green parts of the spring onion, salt, and ground black pepper. Remove the orzo from the heat and serve while still warm.
