Ingredients for dough:

  • 250 g of fine, soft curd
  • 250 g of wholemeal spelt flour
  • 150 g of acidophilic milk
  • 100 g of natural sugar substitute – erythritol (or xylitol)
  • 125 ml water
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 TL peanut butter powder
  • 2 TL cocoa
  • 1 baking powder
  • Calorie-free syrup – Salted caramel as decoration (optionally)

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix eggs, acidophilic milk, water and curd. Then we add flour, peanut butter, sweetener, baking powder to the mixture and mix until we have a uniform dough. ¾ pour from the prepared dough into a silicone or classic cake mould. Mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa into the rest of the dough. We then pour the cocoa dough into the mould as well. Bake the cake for 50-55 minutes at 165° C until golden. Then let the cake cool down in the mould after baking. Serve clean or topped with calorie-free sirup – Salted caramel!
