  • 250 g lumpy curd
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 40 g semolina
  • 1 egg

  • 30 g erythritol sweetener

First, mix the oat flakes into smooth flour. Pour flour into a larger bowl and mix the remaining ingredients – curd, semolina, egg and sweetener of your choice. Mix everything well together until a uniform mixture is formed, from which we then form small balls with our hands. Then put the balls in boiling water with a pinch of salt. After they come up to the surface, the balls are ready and can be removed from the pot.

To prepare the cream, mix the chocolate pudding powder with erythritol and half the prepared milk. The other half of the milk is cooked, and when it starts to boil, pour the prepared chocolate mixture into it and cook together until it thickens. Serve the balls with chocolate cream, fresh fruit, chopped nuts and topped with hazelnut butter. Have a nice and healthy snacking!
