Ingredients for 1 bread:
- 150 g of liquid egg whites
- 130 g whole meal smooth spelled flour
- 125 ml of water
- 30 g of flavorless True Whey protein
- 10 g of soluble fiber Psyllium
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- seeds (optional)
Put the Egg whites, spelled flour, water, protein, Psyllium, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix everything well until we have a smooth dough. Depending on your taste, you can also add flax, pumpkin or sesame seeds and mix them into the dough with a scoop. Pour the thick dough prepared in this way into a bread mold lined with baking paper. Bake the bread for about 33 minutes at 170° C until the crust begins to get a golden color. After baking, remove the bread and let it cool down in the mold. Then you can start enjoying the crunchy bread!
