Today’s recipe hits the spot for all lovers of creamy sauces. Ours goes great with chicken and pasta. Its great taste is based on mustard, Parmesan and spinach. The great advantage of the whole dish is its simple preparation. So you can cook it even on hectic days when you are in a hurry.

First, prepare the pasta. Put it in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions so that it is al dente (firm to the bite). When they are ready, don’t forget to pour some of the water from the cooked pasta into a cup, it can be used to thin the sauce. Then start preparing the meat. Cut the meat into smaller cubes and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a deep-frying pan (you can use ghee instead) and fry the meat in it. When it is done, put it aside in a bowl and start preparing the sauce. Finely chop the garlic and lightly fry it in the pan in which you prepared the meat. Then add the cream, Dijon mustard and coarsely grated Parmesan cheese. Then add the spinach, cooked pasta and meat to the pan. Let it all boil together and season with salt and pepper.
If the sauce seems too thick, add the water in which the pasta was cooked. And serve. If you want to make the taste more intense, you can sprinkle the dish with Parmesan cheese.
