hemp seeds

Hemp seeds are particularly delicious thanks to their mild nutty flavour, and make for a great addition to both sweet and savoury dishes. You may choose from peeled or unpeeled seeds, which is entirely up to your preference. Both alternatives are rich in healthy fats, mostly polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA). These tiny seeds are also rich in easily digestible protein, which is also why they’re used in the production of hemp protein powder, a great source of plant-based proteins suitable for vegans
