- 500 g chicken breast
- 200 g yogurt
- 70 g breadcrumbs
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- olive oil cooking spray
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cut chicken breasts into thin slices, salt and season both sides. In a larger bowl, mix yogurt with an egg and crushed garlic. Add chicken breasts to a yogurt marinade and mix thoroughly so that each slice is coated in yogurt. Then coat the chicken breasts in breadcrumbs mixed with finely grated Parmesan. Place the chicken breasts on a baking pan lined with baking paper and slightly spray the top of each slice with olive oil. Bake at 200 °C until golden for about 25 minutes.
