- 100 g kefir
50 g whole-wheat spelt flour
20 g Just Whey protein powder with vanilla flavor
- 1 egg
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
any sweetener to taste

First of all, mix flour, protein, cinnamon and baking powder together. Then add an egg, kefir and sweetener to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until forming a liquid dough without lumps. If the dough seems too thick, you can add a little water. Fry the pancakes in a pre-heated pan sprayed with oil spray, for about a minute on each side. Serve them still warm with fruit, nuts and yogurt.
