Mix oat flakes, protein, xylitol, cashew nuts in a bowl and add lemon juice with Ghi. Make a uniform dough with your hands, and then crush it into crumbs. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C and line the cake pan with baking paper. Spread the frozen berries into the prepared pan and sprinkle the finished crumbs evenly. Gently spray it with Coconut cooking spray and put the crumble in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C, or until the crumbs on the surface are golden and crispy.
