- 350 g chicken breast
- 150 g white yogurt with 3% fat
- 40 g parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- a handful of parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ tsp ground black pepper

Washed and dried chicken breasts are cut into smaller slices. In a bowl, mix them with yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and finely chopped parsley.
Let the meat marinate for at least 2 hours, but ideally all night. After marinating, put the breasts and marinade into a baking dish greased with olive oil. Grate Parmesan cheese on them and bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until golden.
