Preparation

Put the ground hazelnuts along with sugar, agave syrup and coconut oil into a food processor and mix until a solid dough is obtained. Then take it from the processot and cut into two halves. Add 140 g of flour to one part, mix thoroughly and pour into a 20 x 30 cm mould, which is pre-lined with baking paper.                        

Add cinnamon, eggs, baking powder to the other half and mix together. Then pour the mixture into a mould as a second layer of the cake. Decorate the top of the cake with sliced plums and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Bon appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized pears
  • 75 g plain spelled flour
  • 25 g oat flakes
  • 40 g coconut oil
  • 5 – 6 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of cane sugar
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preparation

Clean the pears and cut them into slices. In a larger bowl, mix them with cinnamon, agave syrup and lemon juice. Then transfer them to a baking plate or bowl greased with coconut oil in spray or lined with baking paper..

Prepare the pouring spout by mixing the flour with oatmeal, sugar and coconut oil. Sprinkle the pears evenly with the prepared mixture. Bake at 180 ° C, approximately 30 – 40 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
