Method:

We firstly prepare the dough – we mix the flour with baking soda, sugar and cinnamon. Then, add pumpkin puree, milk and prepare a slightly sticky dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour. Roll the dough (do not make it too thin, otherwise it could tear) on a floured board into a rectangle shape. The baking board should always be floured so that it does not stick to the dough. Smear the dough with chilled melted butter and sprinkle it with sugar mixed with cinnamon.

Then roll the dough into a firm roll, we can roll it lengthwise or widthwise. We rolled it widthwise, so we have fewer snails, but they are bigger. Cut the snails from the roll, they should be about 3 cm thick. Cut them using dental floss or a very sharp knife. We place the snails right next to each other in a small baking dish sprayed with oil in a spray, and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 12-15 minutes. Serve them warm, in addition topped with vanilla pudding. Yummy!
