Fitness recipe: Protein buns with dried tomatoes and olives

Have you already heard the claim that you have to give up all the pastry on your way to get dream body? That’s not true! Let’s prepare fit dinner rolls full of protein together!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Protein Bread Mix
  • 280 ml warm water
  • 80 g black olives
  • 80 g dried tomatoes
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp cane sugar

Method:

First of all, prepare a bowl and mix a protein bread mix with dried yeast, warm water and a little sugar. Mix the dough thoroughly with hands and let it covered in a warm place for at least half an hour until the dough rises.

Meanwhile, cut the olives and dried tomatoes into small pieces. Then shape small rolls from the dough (you should get about 9 pieces, but the size is up to you), and press the prepared olives with tomatoes into dinner rolls.

Place dinner rolls on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake until golden for about 15 minutes at 180 ℃. Serve with cottage cheese or any favourite side dish. Bon appetite!
