First, prepare biscuit dough. It is quite simple. Take oats, 300 g of dates, 100 ml of water and put everything together in a blender. Mix until you get a smooth thick dough. Then prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper and start placing a piece of dough and flatten it out. You should get 11 biscuits.
Once the biscuits are ready, start preparing the cream. Again, put all the ingredients (300 g dates, rice protein, peanut butter, and 200 ml water) in a blender and mix until you get a smooth cream. Spread it on every biscuit. Then put the biscuits with cream in the fridge to cool for a few hours.
And you are almost done. For the biscuits to resemble the iconic peanut bar as much as possible, you also need to create a chocolate coating. Put a pot of hot water on the stove. Put another empty pot in it, thus creating a water bath. Add the chocolate into an empty pot on the stove and let it melt with coconut oil. Pour this chocolate coating evenly over each biscuit. Then all that’s left is to sprinkle them with crushed peanuts and enjoy.
