Brownies belong amongst the chocolate cookies, that are popular all over the world. We can hear your loud “not for me” sigh. Well, don’t worry because everything unhealthy has its healthier equivalent. We’d like to present a fitness recipe for brownies that you will love since it does not contain any milk chocolate, refined sugar or even flour. Try the recipe for fitness brownies that can’t be resisted.
- 240 g canned beans
- 1 scoop of Just Whey chocolate protein
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 egg
- 20 g cocoa
- 50 ml water
- Flavor drops with chocolate flavor

Thoroughly rinse the canned beans of its brine. Add all remaining ingredients and mix it with a blender until you have a smooth mixture. Pour the prepared dough onto a 20×20 cm baking pan that is pre-coated with baking paper.
Place the cake in the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180 °C. After the brownies cool down, cut it and serve with fresh fruit, possibly with yoghurt or hot chocolate. Bon appetite.
