Fitness recipe: Chocolate cups filled with peanut butter

Ingredients:

  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 g of peanut butter Nuts and Whey in salted caramel flavor
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Preparation:

Place parchment cups onto a plate (10 pieces). In a smaller bowl microwave for about a minute chopped chocolate and coconut oil. After a minute, mix the chocolate well so there are no lumps.

Half of the melted chocolate pour at the bottom of your cups. Wait a little while so the chocolate can harden again, and when it’s ready, put a teaspoon of the peanut butter into each cup. Once you have all the cups filled with peanut butter, pour the rest of your melted chocolate on the top of each cup, and refrigerate to harden for about 1 hour. Now, you can enjoy it!
