BIO Partly De-Oiled Hazelnut Flour is finely ground hazelnut flour which is made from freshly harvested, unroasted hazelnut, from which oil is first gently extracted and then ground. Thanks to the method of processing, it contains only 10.4 g of fat in 100 g. It also has 27.8 g of protein and a high proportion of healthy fiber.

           

It is naturally gluten-free and its nutty taste stands out beautifully when baking biscuits, cakes or home-made pastry. It is also suitable for flavouring of cereal porridge, yoghurt or granola. Furthermore, it is available in a practical reclosable packaging that protects it from light and rancidity or premature spoilage.
