Thanks to the method of processing, it contains only 10.4 g of fat in 100 g. It also has 27.8 g of protein and a high proportion of healthy fiber.
It is naturally gluten-free and its nutty taste stands out beautifully when baking biscuits, cakes or home-made pastry. It is also suitable for flavouring of cereal porridge, yoghurt or granola. Furthermore, it is available in a practical reclosable packaging that protects it from light and rancidity or premature spoilage.
