RBD coconut oil - healthy spread, but also oil suitable for heat treatment

RBD coconut oil is refined products of previously pressed coconut pulp. It loses features of virgin oil with high temperatures, but at the same time it does not overburn at high temperatures. It is vegetable product without animal fats and trans fatty acids. It melts at 23 - 27 °C, it is solid at lower temperature which makes it a great substitute for margarine or butter. It is suitable for baking, frying or deep frying because it overburns at 210 °C.
