Milk Thistle oil is a cold-pressed virgin oil made of Milk thistle seeds. It contains a complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids- 46 to 65 % of linolenic acid, 15-25 % of oleic acid, and 7-12 % of palmitic acids. It's rich in chlorophyll, tocopherols, vitamin F and E, phospholipids, and silymarin. Besides, it's full of antioxidants and carotenoids. The oil is suitable for salads or dressings or it can be used individually.
