Bcaa 4:1:1 Instant are instant BCAA branched chain amino acids, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. They are produced by a fermentation process in an optimal ratio of 4:1:1. Our body cannot produce these essential amino acids, and they must be taken from diet or nutritional supplements. Intense training or other physical activity depletes energy stores and starts using glycogen stores in the muscles after using blood glucose. Therefore, it is recommended to take BCAA prior to training, which will prevent glycogen breakdown and muscle tissue breakdown.

Suggested Use

Mix 3/4 scoop (6 g) with 200–250 ml of water. For better effect, take 2-4 times a day - before, during, after training or in the evening before bedtime.
