Low Carb Chocolate Muffins is a mix for extra chocolate muffins which contains 30% less carbs than other baking mixes. Thanks to that, it is perfect for fans of a low carb diet. To prepare muffins just add milk, an egg, and oil to the mix and bake. The product is gluten-free, so people with celiac disease, or people who are trying to reduce gluten intake can enjoy delicious muffins.
Sweetener (erythritol), 16% coconut flour, 16% almond flour, 14% chocolate drops (cocoa paste, sweetener xylitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, natural aroma), 10% cocoa powder, skin of psyllium, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate).
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (upper and lower heat). Mix the baking mix with 250 g of milk, 2 eggs (size M), and 70 g of oil. Pour the mix into the muffin cps and bake for 25 minutes.
