Hydro tabs are sugar-free effervescent tablets in various flavors, with which you can conjure up a refreshing drink. They contain vitamin C, which strengthens the immune and nervous systems, and important electrolytes, such as magnesium, potassium and calcium, which are otherwise washed out of the body by sweating. The minerals contained in this product alleviate the feeling of fatigue and exhaustion, and also take care of the health of the skin, teeth, bones and muscles. Some flavors (such as citrus, orange with mandarin, tropical) also contain 75 mg of caffeine, which will encourage you and boost with energy during the day.

Citrus flavour: Acidity regulator (citric acid), consistency (sorbitols), acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate), minerals (calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride), maltodextrin, caffeine, aromas, sweetener (sucralose), strip L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), colorant.
Mandarin flavour: Acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), consistency (sorbitol), minerals (calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride), maltodextrin, colorants (beet concentrate, carotene), caffeine, flavors, sweeteners (sucralose), vitamin C.
Tropical flavour: Acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium bicarbonate), consistency (sorbitol), minerals (calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, potassium chloride), maltodextrin, caffeine, aromas, sweeteners (sucralose), vitamin C, colorant (riboflavin).
Dosage
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and take it during training. Take a maximum of 4 tablets a day.
