Coffee Reishi is premium instant drink from mushroom Reishi supplemented with inulin, soluble fiber from chicory. Reishi is a type of mushroom that grows on a deciduous tree trunk and it is especially known in Eastern medicine. Mushroom Reishi contains several active substances such as enzymes, phytosterols, betaglucans and polysaccharides in the mycelium and young fruiting bodies. It is present in powder form or as an extract in various products. Inulin is natural fiber composed of fructose molecules that are indigestible in the small intestine. It acts as a prebiotic in the human body, it is a source of nutrients for beneficial bacteria in our large intestine. Another benefit is that you do not need much time to prepare coffee Reishi.
