Tebi - Inactive Yeast is naturally gluten-free dried yeast flakes also known as nutritional yeast. The product boasts a high protein and fibre content, which is beneficial for optimal digestion. It has a pleasant, slightly sweet taste, making it suitable for flavouring various hot and cold meals such as soups, spreads, sauces and vegetable salads.

Dried yeast has a sweet sour and slightly nutty taste, making it perfect for preparing vegan Parmesan or other cheese. However, it can be also used with meat, bulgur, couscous, baked dishes or as an alternative to breadcrumbs for frying. It does not contain any salt and is suitable for vegans. It is an inactive yeast, meaning it cannot be used as a leavening agent.
