WPC 80 Natural: protein concentrate of basic treatment, originating in Slovakia 

WPC 80 protein is a whey concentrate and can boast of Slovak origin. WPC protein is a cheap but high-quality protein concentrate of basic treatment that should not be missing in your nutritional supplements. Whey protein concentrate is best used as a post-workout supplement during the anabolic window, when the rate and ability to absorb nutrients is increased. In addition, it is ideal for taking in the morning before breakfast, because of its rapid absorption and easy digestion. In case you are not taking any other supplements, it is possible to use WPC before training but not later than an hour before exercise.

Dosage

Take 1 dose = 25 g in the morning on an empty stomach and/or 25 g after training according to your needs, taking into account your body weight. Mix this protein in 2 dl of water. Mixing with milk is not recommended as the product's character changes and its absorbability is impaired by the addition of lactose and fat contained in the milk.
