One-component Amino Acids
One-component Amino Acids
One component amino acids are a category of products in which you will find all the important amino acids separately, i.e. not in combination with others. These include: leucine, arginine, glutamine, lysine, taurine, citrulline malate and many others. Proteins and the amino acids contained in them are important for everyone, but especially for those who desire a healthy gaining of good muscle mass. It is not always possible to take the optimal amount of amino acids directly from the diet, so it is also good to use them as supplements. Most of them undergo a process of hydrolysis, which does not burden digestion.
Leucine is an essential amino acid and the most important amino acid of BCAA. It is most involved in muscle growth, promotes protein synthesis, accelerates regeneration after physical exercise and prevents muscle tissue loss even in reducing diets.
Arginine increases production of growth hormone, increases NO (nitric oxide), promotes muscle growth, improves wound healing and promotes protein metabolism.
Glutamine is an excellent means of increasing, protecting and regenerating muscle mass. It's an amino acid that improves immunity, regulates protein balance, prevents muscle loss, increases growth hormone secretion, accelerates cell regeneration and has an anabolic effect. It makes up to 60% of the amino acids in the muscles.
Lysine is an amino acid that plays an important role in muscle formation, healing and body revitalization in fatigue and overtraining. It has the ability to counteract colds, herpes, herpetic virus, and accelerates recovery from sports injuries and operations. It also maintains a positive nitrogen balance, contributing to the formation of an anabolic environment in the body.
Citrulline Malate is a combination of the amino acid L-citrulline and malate (malic acid), which offers a way to increase performance, delay fatigue, accelerate regeneration. Citrulline rapidly promotes blood circulation in muscle, increases strength levels, and removes toxins such as lactic acid and ammonia from the body. Malate increases ATP levels.
Beta Alanine is a non-essential amino acid that promotes muscle strength, improves performance, increases endurance, delays fatigue and prevents lactic acid formation. It is suitable for strength sports, intense and explosive training, but also for endurance exercises.
Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid with anticatabolic effects that promotes metabolism, accelerates regeneration and enhances physical performance.
Taurine is mainly known from the packaging of energy drinks, and so the view of the general public is that it is a harmful substance. But the truth is that it is added to energy drinks because of its positive effects and to reduce the negative effects of caffeine. It is beta-aminoethanesulfonic acid, which is produced mainly from cystine and its production is also stimulated by the amount of vitamin B6. Taurine is excreted through urine as well as bile as it is part of it.hide description
