Herbal tea Milk Thistle is a loose tea full of antioxidants. These have beneficial effects on the physiological functions of our organism. The tea has a subtle herbal flavour and its preparation is really simple - all you have to do is gently crush the seed of the tea, pour over hot water, and leave to infuse for about 10-15 minutes.

Usage

Crush the seeds before infusing. Pour 250 ml of hot water over one tablespoon of seeds and leave to infuse for about 10 - 15 minutes. Drink ideally during or after eating.
