Composition

Saccharose, glucose sugar, acid regulator: citric acid and sodium citrate, maltodextrin, natural orange aroma and naturally identical aroma, calcium salts of phosphoric acid, magnesium carbonate, sodium chloride, citric acid: potassium chloride, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, dye: carotenoids, vitamin B1.

Dosing

Dissolve 40 g of powder in 500 ml of water. Drink 150 ml of drink 15 minutes before physical activity. During physical activity, drink 150 ml of drink each 15 minutes. Drink the remaining ml of drink up to 2 hours since the physical activity.
