Critical Oats is a protein porridge made exclusively from whole-grain BIO oats and whey protein. One serving of porridge contains up to 23 g of protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It is very easy to prepare and therefore suitable for breakfast, but also as a quick snack during the day. It contains a lot of amino acids that the body needs for regeneration, and at the same time it is full of minerals. In addition, it contains a high proportion of fiber, so it satiates you perfectly.

Ingredients

100% BIO wholemeal oats, whey protein concentrate (soy lecithin emulsifier), whey protein isolate, medium chain triglyceride (MCT powder), natural flavour, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose), natural sweetener (stevia).

         

Suggested use

2 options:

• Add 1 scoop (60 g) to 150 ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Stir again and consume.
• Add 1 scoop (60 g) to 100 ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir again and consume.
