BIO Virgin Coconut Oil - suitable for fitness recipes and cosmetic use

Bio Virgin Coconut Oil is made from coconut pulp, which is crushed and then heated to 42 °C to evaporate excess water. This mixture is cold pressed to produce 100% bio virgin coconut oil. This oil has a delicate taste and characteristic coconut aroma.

               

   

Bio Virgin Coconut Oil has is solid up to 25°C, so we can use it also as a spread, body cream or hair mask. It is thermally stable up to 200°C, and therefore it is a good choice for baking, cooking and frying. It also contains 86% of saturated fat. However, this fat is converted directly into energy and is not stored in our body. In addition to fitness recipes, it is also suitable for cosmetic use, for different products such as hair mask, balm for sensitive skin, massage oil or body lotion.
