Unflavoured: Wheat flour, pea protein concentrate (32%), whey protein concentrate (15%), olive oil, sea salt, raising agents (sodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), spices (oregano, basil).

How to prepare it?

  • Mix 50 g of powder (2 scoops) with 75 ml of water.
  • Form the resulting mixture into a dough, let it rest for a while and shape the pizza.
  • Bake on a baking sheet at 250˚C for 8 minutes.
  • Then add your preferred toppings. Bake for an additional 2 minutes and the pizza is ready!
