Post Workout is a new workout formula specifically designed to maximize the anabolic window, providing maximum support after intense exercise. It involves a large dose of L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and malate citrulline, which leads to the formation of nitric oxide in the body. This increases the flow through the muscles so that they are better fed and oxygenated. Post Workout is also composed of the amino acids BCAA, taurine, glutamine, phenylalanine, which optimize the anabolic environment in the body. Dosing
Stir 1 dose of 25 g (1.6 scoops) in 250-320 ml of water after training. Do not exceed 1 dose of drink per day.
