Omega 3-6-9 consists of a combination of first-class fish, linseed and sunflower oil, which are sought after for their content of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. Thanks to this, they are a complex source of unsaturated fats in the form of practical capsules. The intake of all fatty acids is important because each has a different role in the body. In addition, Omega 3 and Omega 6 are essential, which means that the body cannot produce them on its own, and therefore it is necessary to supplement them regularly through diet.
Each serving (2 capsules) contains 800 mg of fish oil, which contains 144 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 96 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Together, they support normal heart function at a daily intake of 250 mg. In addition, linseed and sunflower oil contain a wide range of fatty acids, helping to optimally absorb fats.
