Dried Tomatoes are made from delicious sun-ripened tomatoes that undergo a very gentle drying process after harvest. This slow drying process concentrates their natural sweetness and characteristic rich flavour into every bite. The result is dark red slices with an intense flavour and umami character that reliably enrich almost any dish. The formula is intentionally simple and transparent, consisting of only dried tomatoes (87.4 %) and salt. They contain no unnecessary artificial additives or GMOs.
