Crunchy Granola Original is an extremely delicious granola made of oat flakes, with which you can easily make a nutritionally rich breakfast, mid morning snack or supper. It is also enriched with a mixture of dried fruits, raisins, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and dried coconut. A natural sweetener in the form of honey will take care of its uniquely sweet taste. In addition, it can boast with its high content of fiber, protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, but also the optimal ratio of beta-glucans from oats. These help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and reduce the increase of glucose in blood after a meal rich in oats. Crunchy Granola Original provides at least 1 g of oat beta-glucans per dose (45 g), which is up to 33% of the recommended daily dose (3 g).

Composition

Mornflake oat flakes (56%), mixed dried fruits, nuts and seeds (24%) (raisins (18%), dried coconut, almonds (2%), sunflower seeds, chopped hazelnuts), sugar, palm oil, honey ( 2.5%), natural flavorings.

             

Dosage

Take one dose (45 g) a day.
