BIO Vitamin D3 contains a functional dose of 20 μg of well-absorbed vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in just one capsule and is unique because it comes from a pure plant source called Reindeer Lichen. Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and is important for the health of bones, muscles and teeth.
