BIO RBD Coconut Oil is a plant oil in BIO quality extracted from dried pulp of coconut kernels called copra. RBD stands for refined, bleached, and deodorized coconut oil. Most of its composition is made up of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), which contribute to its metabolic effect in the body. BIO RBD Coconut Oil is produced by a refining process in which oil is released from the pressed copra. It is then heated to high temperatures for deodorization and filtered to remove all impurities and residual bacteria.
