BEST GLUTAMINE™ is an innovative product that contains a patented instant mixture of 6 advanced forms of the amino acid glutamine enriched with vitamin C. Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop (8 g) in 200 ml of water. We recommend taking it before, during or after training.
