Berberine Glucose Support are soft gel capsules containing berberine hydrochloride and MCT oil. Berberine is part of several plants, such as the goldenseal or the Berberis aristata. It is an alkaloid known in traditional Chinese medicine for its many beneficial effects. They are also studied in modern science. MCT oil contains medium chain triglycerides. This is the type of fat that can be found in coconut oil, for example. They are easier to digest than long-chain fats and support optimal absorption of berberine. Each capsule contains 400 mg of berberine hydrochloride from barberry, 700 mg of MCT oil and 238 mg of capric acid (C10) from MCT oil.
