Composition

Magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), mantle (gelatin, dyes: titanium dioxide, indigo carmine). Can contain signs of derivatives of milk, soy, wheat, eggs, celery and mustard.

 

Dosing

Recommended daily dose - 3 capsules. Use between meals or before sleep.
