Vitamin D3+K2 contains an effective amount of vitamin D in its best usable form D3 (cholecalciferol) and the most biologically active form of vitamin K in the form of vitamin K2 (menaquinone) in capsules. Our skin makes vitamin D when it is exposed to the sun's UVB rays. From autumn to spring, when we wear more clothes and spend more time indoors, the skin is less exposed to the sun's rays. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on sufficient intake of vitamin D from food or supplements. Vitamin D is important for bone health, proper calcium absorption, normal muscle function and is essential for the optimal function of the immune system. Vitamin K is also important for bone health and proper blood clotting.
