Vitamin D oil is a combination of sunflower oil, wheat germ oil and mandarin oil. It is additionally enriched with vitamin D, the presence of which is 20 µg in 4 g. Since this vitamin is one of the fat-soluble ones, adding it to an oil is a great way to maximize fat utilization. Thanks to its presence, the oil contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, maintaining the proper function of muscles, healthy teeth, bones, normal calcium levels and the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It consists mainly of monounsaturated fatty acids, which makes the oil a great source of healthy fats.
There are certainly many ways to use the oil in the kitchen. To promote overall health and vitality, it is optimal to add one teaspoon every day to ready meals, such as pasta, smoothies or any other meals.
