Vitamin B-12 1000 mcg is a source of vitamin B-12 and folic acid in the form of pastilles. Vitamin B12 is important for immune system function and for reducing fatigue and exhaustion. It contributes to the formation of red blood cells, proper metabolism or the functioning of the nervous system and psyche. It is also important in the process of cell division and homocysteine metabolism. Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, helps in amino acid synthesis, blood formation, and homocysteine metabolism. It contributes to the proper function of immunity, psyche, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion or growth of embryotic tissues during pregnancy. Vitamins are in the form of pastilles that you can chew or just keep on your tongue until dissolved. You will receive 1 mg of vitamin B12 and 167 µg of folic acid per dose.

Dose
