Flavor: orangeThe taste is acceptable, but I did not notice any effect. During workouts, it causes significant dryness, and you also sweat heavily (apparently due to the Carnitine), which I did not consider at the time of purchase.

Flavor: mojito, peach maracuja, peach passion fruit, pineappleExcellent, better consistency and solubility than other brands, excellent taste. Mojito is top-notch; Pineapple resembles the Monster energy drink, so it is also top-notch. We purchase regularly.

We have been using it for several years, storing it in the refrigerator after opening and carefully monitoring the ingredients. It hydrates and energizes very effectively. The next day, it does tend to deflate when diluted. We love it and always repurchase. We use it together with Gymbeam's salt tablets during serious hikes.
